Development-Driven Design Leader
Tim brings over three decades of hands-on experience in construction, development, and real estate strategy. Starting as a carpenter and contractor, and building his own home at just 23, Tim developed a deep, practical understanding of how projects are actually built.
As Director of Development at Ramsey Development for 34 years, Tim led the full lifecycle of over 80 projects across the United States, spanning healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, and commercial sectors. His expertise goes beyond design, covering site selection, entitlements, building systems, and construction execution, while holding general contractor qualifications in 18 states.
What sets Tim apart is a simple but often overlooked principle: design must align with cost to construct.

Principal Architect
Mike is a licensed architect with over 40 years of experience delivering complex residential and healthcare environments across the United States. With a dual background in Environmental Design and Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas, Mike combines technical precision with a deep understanding of user-focused design.
Throughout his career, including leadership roles and his long-standing private practice, Mike has specialized in multi-family housing, senior living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. His portfolio includes hundreds of thousands of square feet of built work for leading developers and operators nationwide.
Mike’s strength lies in translating operational needs into efficient, code-compliant, and highly livable spaces, particularly within regulated environments like HUD-financed developments.
